The story begins with State Home Minister Kanakaraju, who plots to become Chief Minister. Along with his sons, he murders Chief Minister Seetharamayya at a farmhouse. Unexpectedly, CCTV businessman Vishnu (Tanish) comes into possession of video footage related to the murder. Once the Home Minister and his men learn about it, they kill Vishnu and his wife.

However, Vishnu’s daughter Teju witnesses the murders. At the same time, Rudra (Ravi Babu), a mobile pet grooming business owner visiting the house, rescues the child from the attackers.

Before dying, Vishnu partially informs Teju about the hidden video clips connected to the Chief Minister’s murder. From there, the story follows Rudra as he protects Teju from repeated murder attempts by the Home Minister’s gang. Whether Rudra manages to hand over the footage to the authorities, how he saves the girl, and whether Kanakaraju succeeds in becoming Chief Minister form the rest of the narrative.

The film suffers from a lack of freshness in both story and narration. More than the emotional or investigative aspects, the director focuses heavily on violent action sequences.
