The highly anticipated trailer for the upcoming Tamil film Moondram Kan is officially out, sparking massive excitement among Kollywood fans. Popular industry insider Laxmi Kanth shared the update on X (formerly Twitter), confirming that the intense crime thriller is locked and ready for a grand theatrical release on June 12, 2026.
Directed by debutant filmmaker Sago Ganesan, Moondram Kan is structured as a gripping hyperlink anthology. The plot centers around a high-profile murder mystery within a factory setting. Following the unexpected death of a company Managing Director (played by John Vijay), four different employees inexplicably confess to the exact same crime.
The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast featuring Vidharth, Kalaiyarasan, Santhosh Pratap, and Thrigun in the lead roles as the primary suspects. The supporting cast includes Teju Ashwini, Athulya Chandra, and Shwetha Dorathy. Produced by K. Sasikumar under Trending Entertainment and White Horse Studios, the movie features a gripping background score by Raj Pratap and music by Azeesh.
