To secure a peace accord, senior officer Gautam Kulakarni (Dilip Tahil) appoints Agent Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) for the mission, sending him to Nagaland.
Meanwhile, Rukmangada (Jaideep Ahlawat) lives his life involved in illicit drug trafficking, occasionally taking on contracts to eliminate targets. Through Sameer, Mira Esten (Nimrat Kaur) gets in touch with Rukmangada and tasks him with taking out Kulakarni and Agent Srikant in Nagaland. Rukmangada assembles a local gang and enters the fray. However, in this attack, only Kulakarni is killed.

The plot gains momentum with Rukmangada’s attack on Kulakarni and Srikant, Srikant’s escape to a hideout, the arrest warrant issued against him, and his subsequent flight with his family to prove his innocence.
The narrative follows three key tracks: the police’s hunt for Srikant, his secret movements with his family, and the track involving Rukmangada and Srikant’s love interest, ‘Neema’. On paper, these three tracks should generate significant curiosity. Scenes of the police team’s strategies, Srikant outsmarting them to escape, and Neema landing in danger due to Rukmangada should have kept the audience in suspense. However, they fail to do so.
After the third episode, the story struggles to generate the expected level of interest from these three fronts. The pacing slows down considerably, becoming deliberate and drawn-out. Many scenes progress in a lackluster manner. Emotional scenes, much like some of the action sequences, fail to connect deeply with the viewer. The locations in Nagaland, however, stand out as a unique visual attraction.

The director duo, Raj & DK, start the story on a very interesting note. The episode set in Nagaland takes the series to the next level. Unfortunately, the pace declines after that. With action sequences slowing down and emotions failing to resonate, the plot feels somewhat stretched.
There is no need to elaborate on Manoj Bajpayee’s acting prowess; he is consistently superb. Jaideep Ahlawat delivers a powerful performance. Priyamani and the rest of the artists perform competently within the scope of their roles. The cinematography is excellent, particularly in its coverage of the Nagaland locations and the filming of the chase sequences. The background score is apt and impressive. The editing work is also neat and precise.
